In addition to having "real" members, I also populate my Member List with "Pseudo Members" like {Guest Speaker}, {Guest Speaker},; {Unfilled}, .... and my latest one {Guest Table Topics Master}. These pseudo members usually generate "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." email address, so are illegal with Opt-in. I use these, which do appear in the Drop down list for meeting assignments, when I have Toastmasters asking to do speeches at my club, an Area or Div Director visiting who asks for time at the meeting or who asks to fulfill a role, without permanently adding "real Toastmasters" to my Membership list.

I can trick Opt-in if I substitute one of my real email addresses so I can intercept the message, and agree Opt-in.

Do other club create/use "Pseudo member" names in their agenda drop lists?
Or should I be adding in "Pseudo member" (temporary guests) in some other table that will appear in the Agenda member droplist?
Can you noemail generated by FTH be excluded from Opt-in? (Or is that "dangerous"?

We are not changing the opt-in process at this time.
